4. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?
We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.
We may process or share your data that we hold based on the following legal basis:

5. How Do We Handle Your Social Logins?
Our App offers you the ability to register and login using your third-party social media account details (like your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, or Threads logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, profile picture as well as other information you choose to make public on such social media platform, and permissions you grant for accessing your social media content and analytics data.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy policy or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant App. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We recommend that you review their privacy policy.
6. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.
7. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. This includes encryption of sensitive data such as access tokens using industry-standard AES-256-GCM encryption. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk.
8. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data.
9. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
In some regions, you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, to request rectification or erasure; or to restrict the processing of your personal information.
If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
Account Information
If you wish to review or change the information in your account, or request termination of your account, please contact an administrator or use the designated features within the application if available. Upon a verified request for account termination, we will deactivate or delete your account and associated information from our active databases, subject to legal retention requirements and our internal data management policies.
Disconnecting Your Social Media Accounts
You can disconnect your social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) from FeedSimple at any time. To do so, navigate to the profile management area within the application. For each connected platform, you will find an option to "Disconnect" or "Revoke Access." Activating this option will remove the application's access to that social media account data going forward and will delete previously synced data associated with that connection from our active systems according to our data retention policies.
Cookies and similar technologies: Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. This could affect certain features of our App.
10. How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data from FeedSimple, you can do so by terminating your account. Instructions for terminating your account, which will lead to the deletion of your associated data from our active systems in accordance with our data retention policies, can be found in the "Account Information" subsection within the "What Are Your Privacy Rights?" section of this Privacy Policy. You may also contact us directly at the contact information provided below.
11. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature. As no uniform technology standard for DNT signals has been finalized, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.
12. Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our users who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Our App does not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the App. Be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our systems.
